Technical Reform Scheme of Marine Regulating Valve

Each passing unit is mainly equipped with six marine valves, such as intake valves, drainage valves, marine regulating valves, backwash intake valves, backwash intake valves and exhaust valves, all of which are pneumatic marine valves controlled by PLC. Presupposed total purification experience is 50000t/d, semi-automatic and deep, reliable operation, can successfully achieve unattended operation.

In Changli water treatment process, the source of water is considered suitable for use. After three-stage water lifting, the source water will flow through 12 km long main canal and 3 km long 2-times; DN500 nodular graphite pig iron pipe will flow by itself, and the canal and pipe will be connected with each other, with a height difference of 60 M. Source water quality is good, for low temperature and low turbidity groundwater; power supply is a single power supply, this line has many users, poor reliability of power supply, and self-contained generators.



V-type has a unique place in the preset, that is, when the power supply system is cut off, all the marine valves will be semi-automatic shut down and stop working. This kind of pre-set is good for ensuring water quality safety, that is, when the system fails to ensure that the constant water level is out of date, all marine valves are closed to ensure that the water that has not passed through the normal control valve can not flow into the clean water.



However, there are some problems in this presupposition from the point of view of actual operation. For example, from the point of view of safe operation of facilities, there are great potential safety hazards; when power failure occurs, some water resources will be lost due to the inability of the person holding the post to dispose of them as soon as possible. The analysis is as follows: when the power system is cut off, all office work is stopped and all the outlet valves are closed. At this time, the source water is still flowing in continuously. If no one disposes of it within 2 minutes, it will overflow. If the water volume is small and the drainage area is normal, the overflow water will enter the management sewage through the drainage channel; however, in the case of large water volume and silt in the drainage area, the overflow may overflow the blower and the negative backwash pump room, leading to major facilities accidents.



From the position setting and duty and responsibility situation, for no one on duty, when the power failure, the operation electrician (one person in each shift) is responsible for manually opening the water outlet valve to reduce the overflow; moreover, the operation electrician is also responsible for opening the demonstration unit, trying to achieve the successful restoration of power generation and water supply in an instant. In terms of the shortest actual operation time, it takes 10 minutes to dispose of the fault and 30 minutes to turn on the motor to warm up the water supply. From the point of view of reducing the overflow, it is a sharp contradiction that the demand first deals with the fault; from the point of view of guaranteeing the water supply, the demand first generates electricity.

Whether from the point of view of ensuring the safe operation of facilities or reducing the leakage of water resources, if the outlet valve can be opened semi-automatically after power failure, instead of the original semi-automatic closure, to prevent spillover, it can also make the running electrician free time to open and monitor the operation of the generator. When the power supply is restored, it can run according to the original preset.



When the system opens the outlet valve semi-automatically after power failure, the original constant water level does not exist. Will this affect the water quality? From the operation over the years and the situation of water quality at the source, the impact on water quality is small, which is also the key premise for the modification of the outlet valve.



3. Control Principle of Outlet Valve and Revamping Treatment



The outlet valve rotates from cylinder piston and connecting rod with butterfly valve stem to open and close marine valves. A two-position three-way marine solenoid valve is installed at both ends of the cylinder to control the on-off of the air source. The marine solenoid valve is controlled by PLC, and is angular when the marine solenoid valve is energized. When the marine solenoid valve loses power, it is direct, as shown in the flow chart of the control of the outlet valve switch.

When the upper and lower solenoid valves are out of power, compressed air enters the lower part of the cylinder from the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the ship's solenoid valve, pushes the piston upward, the upper part of the cylinder is discharged from the upper part of the ship's solenoid valve, and the butterfly valve stem rotates clockwise to close the marine valve.



When both the upper and lower solenoid valves are electrified, compressed air enters the upper part of the cylinder from the upper part of the solenoid valve on board and pushes the piston down. The lower part of the cylinder is discharged from the lower part of the solenoid valve on board and the butterfly valve stem rotates counter-clockwise to open the marine valve. Normally, when the marine valve has been debugged to the required opening, only the electromagnetic valve on board is electrified. At this time, compressed air is introduced into both ends of the cylinder, while both ends of the exhaust are closed, and the piston is fixed in a confirmed position. The need for micro-opening marine valves requires only the instantaneous power supply of the electromagnetic valves for disembarkation; the need for micro-closing marine valves requires only the instantaneous power loss of the electromagnetic valves for embarkation.



To analyze the control process of the above effluent valves, if we want to successfully realize the semi-automatic opening of the marine valves during power outage of the system, that is, when the upper and lower two marine solenoid valves lose power, the marine valves will be open. In the gas path, we only need to change the inlet of each marine solenoid valve for a moment, that is, the marine solenoid valve will be changed from direct form to angular connection. Form: The electromagnetic valve for disembarkation is changed from angular connection to direct form (see figure 2). In order to ensure the accuracy of action thinking, the marine solenoid valve circuit control must also do the opposite debugging, that is, the original PLC output & ldquo; power gain & rdquo; signal change to & ldquo; power loss & rdquo; signal; original PLC output & ldquo; power loss & rdquo; signal change to & ldquo; power gain & rdquo; signal. According to the facts and reasonableness, the modification of the circuit only needs to change the procedure of PLC.There is no need to change the hardware, but Deliman has its own technology to take care of, there are no conditions to change procedures, can only find another way. Through experiments, an AC220V successor is added between the output of PLC and the input of marine solenoid valves, which successfully realizes the transformation of the thinking law-ldquo; non-rdquo.





4. Operation effect and conclusion



The unique feature of this technical renovation is that the investment is small and the effect is large. A total of 8 and a half mid-waist replacements are added to the four units. Baibi's slight defect is that only after such modification can the marine valve be successfully opened after power failure. When the unit fails to stop running, the corresponding outlet valve will still be closed. Fortunately, the probability of faults appearing at the same time in all units is small. When one unit fails, other units still have some experience in regulation, so that they will not overflow quickly. The reason why the intake valve has not been reformed is that there is a manual gate valve in each passing unit. This marine valve is usually open.



After modification and trial operation, the safe and economic operation under unattended conditions is guaranteed without affecting the normal overflow and backwash process, and the anticipated goal is achieved.
